Det pass från Nike Blast som var mest nytt och något jag aldrig gjort förr var Patricia Morenos IntenSati. Som jag skrev tidigare var det rena gospelaerobicsen. Att hoppa runt och skrika peppande ord är inte en nordisk vana om man säger som så. Tänk att det ska vara så svårt att höja rösten bland folk? Det i sig tycker jag är en självförtroendeförstärkande övning - speciellt hos kvinnfolk. Vi behöver nog börja ropa lite mer.

EXERCISE – A WAY OF LIFE.
My goal, and the primary purpose of Sati Life, is to help you to develop healthy lifestyle habits that support well-being over the long term. How did you answer the first 2 questions? Are you taking full responsibility for the choices you are making? My desire is to help you take ownership of your health by helping you integrate a regular exercise plan into your life, and make better food choices. By taking responsibility, you will cause a major healing shift in your life, the life of our children, social systems and the planet at large. Why? Because healthy people are happy! Because healthy people buy healthy foods, raise healthy children, support healthy programming, and believe that a healthy world is a shared responsibility! It starts at home and with the individual, one beautiful body at a time.

SvaraRaderaJa, det är ju så! Fast det kändes lite fånigt i början av passet tyckte jag Patricia fick mig att vara väldigt medveten i alla rörelser. Hon coachade oss att ge allt i varje övning och att faktiskt känna efter hur det kändes i kroppen.

There is certainly a multitude of ways to do supersets and giant sets. You'll be able to do two exercises for the same muscle group for hypertrophy and strength. You may pair an upper and lower body exercise with an abdominal exercise to make efficient circuits that challenge your cardiovascular method.
