Nike Blast 2014 - here I come!

Ikväll åker jag över till Stockholm och inkvarterar hos bästa Kaaja! Sen ska vi fitnessfesta hela helgen! Vad roligt det ska bli! Nike Blast är något av det roligaste i träningsväg! Proffsiga världsstjärnor och inspiration i överflöd! Sen har jag ju inte träffat Kaaja in real life sen Nike Blast 2012 tror jag? Bara det!

Jag hade nästan glömt vilka klasser jag valt att gå (valmöjligheterna är alldeles för många - usch va svårt det var).
Nu ser planen ut såhär åtminstone!


TacFit (martial art, kettlebells) med Scott Sonnon:

 Foam Roller - hip release (foam roller, flex, technique) med Magnus Ringberg
If you can create more space around the hip girdle you will improve many movements in your daily life and during sports. With Magnus routine you will learn how to use.

ViPR HyPR (strenght, cardio)  med Fredrik Sjöberg

ViPR bridges the gap between movement and strength training. It combines full-body movement with load, enhancing the vitality, performance and reconditioning goals of athletes.

Body, Power and  Sexuality. Föreläsning  med Åsa Berggren

Handstand experience (acrobatic, balance, handstand) med Yoval Ayalon

Yuval has spent 30 years practicing and mastering handstands.  In his "hands on" presentation, he will have the participants get familiar with the vertical sensation and experience the handstand position.  He would like to open the door into his handstand world and passion.


Kettlebell kickboxing (kettlebells, strenght) med Dasha Libin Andersson

Acrobat conditioning (acrobatic, strength, technique) - med Anne Paolini och  Isaac Pena
Beginning with a full warm-up and an awakening of the body's systems, we will lead you through conditioning drills geared towards getting you closer to your acrobatic goals, or just the feeling of being an acrobat. No body part will be left out, and every exercise will be explained in a way that you will know how to make it easier or to take it to the next level.

We are all chasing some form of perfection, when the all the wisdom in the world really resides inside of ourselves. How do we become the best that we can be? The lecture is partially Tanja's story from Kristianstad to Hollywood, and partially a Guide to finding the most inspiring role model inside of Yourself.

Catwalk to business - föreläsning med Emma Wiklund
Emma is one of the world's most famous models. She started her career in the late 80´s and has travelled the globe as a model, TV-host and actress. In this lecture she talks about her inspiring journey from a model to becoming a successful entrepreneur in the skin care industry.

TacFit gymnastics (martial art, flow, yoga) med Scott Sonnon:
This ground based movement class uniquely fuses Russian combat sport drills, Indian vyayam conditioning and American corrective exercise. TACGYM literally requires your brain for optimal health and agility while carving a physique to match your mental focus.

Fysiska pass med kampsportsinfluenser och flexibilitet är den genomgående tråden här som ni märker.
Den instruktör/föreläsare jag kommer att bli mest starstruckted över är Tanja Djelevic (kändistränare i Hollywood och tränare i svenska Biggest Loser) och Emma Wiklund. Grymma kvinnor båda två!
Scott Sonnon som har TacFit-passen ser brutal ut så de passen är jag lite rädda för. Sen hoppas jag att jag löser lite frågor kring handstående på klassen med Yoval Ayalon.
Sen har jag längtat i en evighet att få testa ViPR. Synd att det passet var på samma gång som Soma med Linus Johansson, för det ville jag också gå på.

Det fanns flera intressanta föreläsningar som jag gärna gått på, men många valde jag bort när de var samtidigt som intressanta klasser.
